Road blocker Series

Road Blockers RB500 are the basic version, not certified typically used for perimeter protection of companies, hotels, convention centers and similar. This Series requires the installation of a basement of about 300mm depth. The height above the ground is 500mm and the widths available are: 2m, 3m, 4m, 5m and 6m.

The hydraulic pump and the control unit are housed in an external cabinet.

The Road Blocker RB1000 is the crash rated version (PAS68:2013 Certification, crash test successfully passed with a 7500Kg truck traveling at 80Km/h), typically used for the anti-terrorism protection at the highest levels.

RB1000 road blockers require an installation depth of 400 mm only, they rise from the ground 1000 mm and the lengths available are : 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m and 6 m.

This perimeter protection solution is operated by an hydraulic pump and a control unit installed in a separate cabinet, which allows for a quicker maintenance.

Wide range of optional items for road blockers:

• control unit cooling system (for installations at direct sunlight),
• EFO emergency function for fast rising in emergency situations,
• anti-corrosion marine treatment for imrpoved resistance to rust,
• manual handling or auxiliary pump to ensure the operation of the road blocker even in case of power failure,
• anti-tampering block for improved security as it keeps the road blocker in high position even if hydraulic hoses are cut or disconnected.
